Returns/Refund Policy

Whilst every effort is made to manufacture our products to the highest standards, if you are not completely satisfied with your item(s) then you may return them to us in an unused condition with all packaging intact within 28 days from the date of despatch for a full refund.  Please mark clearly on the delivery/invoice note the item(s) that are being returned and the reason for retuning them.

Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed to your account.

Before returning any goods please contact us by telephone on 01254 703040 to advise us of the return and we will advise on how best to go about it.

Please also ensure that goods are well packaged as we won’t be liable for damage in transit to us.

Should a fault arise within 12 months of receiving your goods but after the first 28 days of receipt then please contact us on  01254 703040 and provide the invoice no. and details of the fault and we will advise accordingly.

In addition to the above, refunds will only be given for customised (non stock) goods if deemed to be faulty within the first 12 months, or within 28 days if an error has been made on our part.
